Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 3Kings Motorbike's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Eligibility Requirements

To rent a motorbike, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Provide valid identification
• Have a valid payment method
• Comply with all local traffic laws

Booking and Rental Terms

Reservation

• Bookings are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to decline any booking
• A valid payment method is required to hold a reservation
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before rental date

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges apply for late returns
• Damage fees may be charged based on condition

Renter Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

• Inspect the motorbike before rental and report damage
• Use the motorbike in a safe and legal manner
• Return the motorbike on time in good condition
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Pay for any damage caused by your negligence
• Not allow unauthorized persons to operate the motorbike
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage

Damage and Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the motorbike during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes but is not limited to scratches, dents, and mechanical damage. Normal wear and tear is expected, but excessive damage will result in additional charges.

3Kings Motorbike is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the renter or third parties during the rental period. The renter assumes all risks associated with operating the motorbike.

Insurance

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. However, we strongly recommend maintaining your own insurance coverage. You are responsible for any costs not covered by our insurance policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before rental receive full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before rental receive 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before are non-refundable
• No refunds for early returns

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Operate the motorbike under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exceed speed limits or engage in reckless driving
• Use the motorbike for racing, stunts, or illegal activities
• Transport goods for commercial purposes
• Smoke inside or on the motorbike
• Modify or tamper with the motorbike

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3Kings Motorbike be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
